First of all, wishing you a happy new year.

How's the new year been for you so far?

For me, it's been an opportunity to do slight readjustments to my long-term goals.

And one of those changes is finally putting video content on the front burner.

Yes, 2023 will be the year I give Hulry's YouTube channel some serious love.

I'm looking at long-form and short videos like I've been doing with the written content on the Hulry blog.

The good news is I've already published a short video on hidden Apple Notes tips over at YouTube and Instagram.

And a long-form video on how to safeguard your time is currently in the editing phase.

So, I'm full-steam ahead on this new thing.

Here's a sneak peek of the new workspace/studio:

Now:

Making videos is fun but way more challenging than I usually thought.

And to make scope for this new work in my schedule, I'm switching this newsletter to a bi-weekly one.

That means, instead of receiving this newsletter every Friday, you'll now receive it every other Friday.

With this schedule, I'm aiming to bring you more original content in the form of blog posts and short and long-form videos.

That said, quality is still paramount, and I'll keep recommending and producing top-notch content for you.

I hope you're excited about this new update and now, let's move on to the rest of this newsletter issue:

I've used a fair share of read-it-later apps over the last decade, and this one has to be the best one I've come across. Collect articles to read from RSS feeds, Twitter, or using the save extension. Then read, highlight and organise useful information inside a gorgeous reader. Available on the Web, Android and iOS and is free to start.

If you have an app or website that you frequently open, this launcher widget will come in handy. Choose any website or app on your iPhone and create a shortcut on the lock screen. Available on iOS for free.

Modern and beautiful podcast player

Fathom brings a refreshed podcasting listening experience with its iOS app. Swipe through podcast episodes to listen and discover new ones. What I liked best was the Apple-music style synchronised transcript that moves as you listen to an episode. Available on iOS for free.
