Issue #75 | Subscribe

The Hulry blog has been in the cold for quite some time now.

As much as I tried and refined my system, I could never seem to make enough time for all my projects simultaneously.

Here's the thing:

You can't make time. To make time for something, you must redistribute it amongst your commitments.

And reading about Cal Newport's Productivity Purge last week nudged me to look at my current commitments and desired goals.

Although I love curating resources for this newsletter, it currently takes around 80% of my weekly time and energy.

Leaving little to no time for original content creation.

Here's a list of 60+ blog post ideas (titles hidden to keep the element of surprise) that I want to bring to life but never get around to it:

So, to make time for catching up on these ideas, I'm putting this newsletter on a 2-month hiatus starting today.

I aim to bring you a healthy mix of original content and the best resources from others via this newsletter.

And when I'm back to sending this newsletter, I'll focus on striking that balance rather than only bringing in curated content.

This is NOT the end of this newsletter. It's just a short pause that'll help me take a breather and catch up on some long-overdue things.

I'm grateful to have your undying support every week. 🙏

You can continue reading what I'll be posting in the meantime by visiting the blog directly, subscribing to my RSS feed in your favourite feed reader, or over at Twitter.

See you in this newsletter after a short while.

Now, sit back, grab a cup of tea, and enjoy this week's recommendations:
