Hi there,
Have you ever felt restless and unable to sleep after using your phone in bed?
I have.
Usually, I would check my social media feeds, check emails and read articles on my phone before drifting off to sleep every night.
Last week, I swapped out that habit with reading a book.
I immediately noticed that I felt more relaxed and had a good night's sleep.
Maybe the blue light from my phone or a general feeling of restlessness after using my phone resulted in poor sleep quality.
Reading a book, however, had a calming effect.
So:
If you use your phone before bed and have trouble sleeping afterwards, try reading a book instead.
It might help as it did for me.
Before moving on to the apps and articles, I would like to thank Brijesh for buying me some coffee last week. ๐
Now, grab a coffee, sit tight, and enjoy this week's issue:

Apps & Services
Websites don't have to be based on the same boring templates that everyone uses. mmm.page lets you create a fun looking website with drag & drop functionality. I was blown away by how quick and easy it is to add GIFs, videos and stickers to a page. I'll
redesign my personal website with this app.
In
Issue #24, I featured Search Bar Shortcuts that lets you create shortcut commands
for long URLs. Jumprope takes that one level higher. With Jumprope, you can create new calendar invites, search your Google Drive, search Amazon and do more right from your browserโs address bar. Itโs like
Alfred, but for the browser. Only available for Chrome right now.
Descript lets you edit your audio & videos like a document. You upload audio or a video, and Descript transcribes the media for you. The transcript is editable. As you cut/copy text in the transcript, the audio/video track updates to reflect the changes.
This tool makes audio and video editing super simple and saves a ton of time.
Sleeve is a tiny floating widget for macOS that shows track information of your currently playing song. It works with Apple Music and Spotify and requires macOS Big Sur & above. I love how I can customise the layout and positioning of the widget to my
taste. This app is a $5 one-time purchase.
